TOURIST ACTIVITIES: In spring and summer lot of people from all over the world arrives attracted by the beauty of the landscape and the warm weather, the main tourist activities are the fishing, rafting, trekking, cavalcades, mountain bike, 4x4 and lot of excursions, always enjoying a context of lakes, rivers and mountains in the National Park Los Alerces and the city of Esquel. Taking “La Trochita”, the mystical patagonic train is one of the highlights of entire Patagonia. At winter time in La Hoya Hill riders can enjoy the best snow, opening from mid June until mid October, the snow season becomes the more extensive of the country. The quality of the snow, the services that are offered in the hill, the new lifts, including a modern and fast chairlift for four people, the new buildings and facilities added year after year, the excellent off-piste terrain with fantastic views and exciting adventure and the Flypark (one of best snowparks of South America) makes the number of riders that come year after year grow in great magnitude, including professional teams from Europe and the United States coming for off season training..
